Our training program will provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to become a successful insurance agent. You will learn about the various types of insurance policies and their coverage, as well as how to assess clients' needs and provide them with customized insurance solutions.

During the training program, you will work closely with experienced agents who will provide you with guidance and support. You will also have access to our online training resources, including webinars and videos, which will help you develop your knowledge of the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

• Attend training sessions and complete coursework
• Shadow experienced agents and learn about their sales techniques
• Assist in the preparation of quotes and policies
• Develop relationships with clients and provide them with exceptional customer service
• Keep up to date with industry trends and changes to insurance regulations

Requirements:

• Strong desire to learn about the insurance industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to obtain required licenses and certifications

Pay: $36,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
